OTHER COMMENTS
We are currently in 4th phase of SLA prototyping
and preparing for injection mold prototype
through Toltec International,Inc. Awaiting
capital infusion to continue with FDA
application and manufacturing process. Our
principal objectives for success after raising
initial capitalization are to license the
manufacture and sales of the syringe to an
aggressive company with similar goals and
philosophies as Tri-Son Medical. We plan
to achieve a 2% market penetration
in the safety syringe market by the end of the
first 12 months of production and achieve 5%
market pentration by the end of the 5th year of
production which is conservatively projected to
be $18-20 million US yearly gross.
